THE WORKSHOP:
Classes take place through out the day, and alternatively at night, including wilderness/nature excursions, ritual dance, and optional Kundalini Yoga and bodywork. Excursions will also include: Visiting the ruins of Coba, dancing in cenotes and lagoons, exploring protected biospheres, ntual clay cleanses, and a temescal.
